We are pleased to welcome you into our downtown Penticton office located at 104-383 Ellis St. Please be advised that our front door actually faces Wade Avenue. We are in the Ellis Professional Building, next to Shoppers.
At least one of our team members is generally in the office Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm and Fridays 9 am to 4 pm. We can, however, accommodate evening appointments. Because of our common values and belief in dedication, loyalty and commitment. We love what we do and we enjoy doing it together. We each have our own strengths that compliment each other, to enable us to do our best work for our many clients. Together we have a combined 45 years experience in property management with owners who trust us to manage over 300 of their properties (not including those that hire us for a one time rental of their homes or investment properties). Our properties include apartment buildings, condominiums, houses, duplexes and townhouses. We are here to ensure that your properties are well looked after and that you receive a good return on your investment.
